The Scott Building at Tullamore General Hospital consists of a four storey building extending to 5,800 square meters. Our brief included producing a full set of working drawings of the building, its fit out and all electrical and mechanical services.

We have worked extensively with the HSE who manage one of the largest property portfolios in the state. We have produced over 50,000 square meters of measured surveys to the exacting standards set out by their Estate Management team. These surveys are often carried out in very challenging work environments such as in live acute hospital wards and emergency rooms.
